Russell Tolley

Russell has over 35 years’ experience in the laser industry. This includes travelling the world as a technician for Laserlab installing and repairing laser cutting machinery. Russell started Spectrum Laser 24 years ago in a small factory in Ringwood. Over the years he has formed strong relationships with customers from all types of industries.

Sales 

Oktay Erdi

Oktay is the newest member of our sales team and comes with knowledge of the Laser Cutting Industry.  He has spent the last 5 years at Spectrum Laser and is now forging relationships with key  customers as well as building new relationships.

Production

Osman Demirkol

Osman took over production in 2002 after completing his degree in Mechanical Engineering. His “can do” attitude means our customers are rarely disappointed.  With ever shortening lead times he is a master at getting the impossible done.

Jolyon Maggs

Jolyon supports Osman with programming as well as overseeing the operation of the press brake. His years of experience in this field ensure that we can do the most complex press work. Jolyon has been with the company for 13 years.

Administration/ Accounts

Julie Zita

Julie takes care of all office administration including accounts. She has been with the company for 3 years. Julie works 2 days a week and is contactable  Wednesday and Thursday for all accounting queries.

Tanya Lyons

Tanya is the newest member of our team, joining Spectrum in September 2012. Tanya takes care of our reception and is often the first point of contact for our customers, her positive and friendly manner always make it a pleasurable experience.  

Laser Operators

Our experienced laser operators have an impressive 40 years combined experience between them. Our two senior operators have been working with Spectrum for over 11 years respectively and have in-depth knowledge of our machines, our customers and their requirements.
